Claudia Winkleman’s sauciest confessions – from how sex with hubby makes ‘head shoot off her shoulders’ to foreplay chat

WHEN it comes to speaking her mind, Claudia Winkleman isn’t afraid to let loose.

The Strictly Come Dancing host certainly knows how to cha-cha her way through her career, with her charm, humour, and relatable style making her a firm favourite in British media.

At 52, the dark-haired dynamo shows no signs of slowing down – especially when it comes to her sex life.

Claudia, who is married to film producer Kris Thykier and shares three children – Jake, 21, Matilda, 18, and Arthur, 13 – has proven that the spark is well and truly alive in her marriage.

While she usually keeps her family life private, Claudia, who is famed for her fringe and thick black eye liner, isn’t shy about opening up when it comes to sharing the secrets of a lasting relationship.

In a previous interview, Claudia admitted she fell head over heels for Kris thanks to his “magic characteristics.”

She told OK! Magazine: “What did it for me was how he behaved in restaurants, bars, and planes – basically, just around people. ‘Thanks so much,’ ‘no rush,’ ‘I’ll carry it over for you,’ ‘here, have a drink on us.’”

But that’s not all she’s shared about her love life.

Opening up about the early days of their relationship, Claudia revealed Kris made her feel as though her “head shot off her shoulders” when they stripped down, adding a little spice to their wild sex life.

Having worked as a waitress from the age of 16, Claudia, who hosts BBC’S The Traitors, said it was that “magic characteristic that tipped her over the edge.”

Claudia also shared that she fell for Kris not just for his charm, but for his intelligence and passion for history, politics, and social issues – serious topics being her “kind of foreplay.”

In an interview with Red Magazine, she emphasised the importance of prioritising her partner, even with her demanding work schedule. “Working too hard puts a strain on things, but we’re still working hard now,” she explained.

In an exclusively candid moment with The Sun, Claudia joked about the pressure we often place on ourselves, saying: “I haven’t had sex with my husband for two days, let’s do it on the stairs.”

Claudia also hinted that her love life might get an extra boost once their eldest son, Jake, moves out of the family home.

Reigniting the flame

She laughed: “I’m sure it will be great.

“Me and my husband will learn how to make stew, read lots of books, and do tickling – that’s code in case anyone’s wondering.”

Hosting The Traitors has certainly brought out a more ruthless side in Claudia Winkleman.

Known for her warm and friendly presence on shows like Strictly Come Dancing and The Piano, Claudia has admitted that watching contestants lose on the BBC murder-mystery show is still gut-wrenching.

In the first series, she was horrified when she had to send two players packing immediately during a brutal line-up task.

But these days, Claudia’s all in for the drama.

As she kicked off series three, the 52-year-old presenter reflected on how much she’s embraced the more cutthroat elements of the show.

“The first meeting I had, they told me I had to send two people home and I just refused,” she recalled. “I said, ‘I can’t.’ They just told me I had to. Now I’m like, ‘What are we going to do?’ This is what the game is. The quicker they go, ‘Oh, OK,’ the better.”

How does The Traitors work and who hosts it?

The Traitors first launched in the UK in 2022, after the Dutch format was acquired by the BBC.

Claudia Winkleman is the show’s host, and has now hosted all three series to date.

How does it work?

It is a reality game show that involves 22 contestants, and some of them are chosen to be The Traitors.

The Traitors sees a group of contestants taking part in “the ultimate game of truth and deception”.

The group of contestants are competing for the chance to walk away with a huge cash prize.

While navigating through a series of challenges, the team are also tasked with figuring out who the Traitors are in the group (usually three contestants).

Each night, the Traitors gather to “eliminate” one of the Faithful, removing them from the competition

Meanwhile, the traitors can be “banished” if they’re successfully outed as a traitor by a faithful.

The winners of the show are either the Traitor who remains undetected or the Faithfuls if they successfully eliminate all the Traitors.

The prize sees the winner could get £120K.

With The Traitors season two already a huge hit, pulling in an average of six million viewers per episode, Claudia’s ready for even more savage twists.

And luckily for her, the masterminds behind the show have an even more brutal bag of tricks lined up for the new cast.

Billionaire bio-hacker Bryan Johnson vows ‘I will never die’ after injecting his son’s blood & ‘reversing ageing’

A BILLIONAIRE biohacker believes he has the answer to eternal life – injecting himself with his son’s blood.

Bryan Johnson is an anti-ageing influencer from Silicon Valley who does not believe he will die, thanks to his biohacking tricks.

Johnson’s routine includes fat injections, blood transfusions, regular MRIs, ultrasounds, and colonoscopies, as well as a strict diet and sleep schedule[/caption]

The 47-year-old who is renowned for going to excessive lengths to make his body younger spoke about his unusual lifestyle on The Free Press’ podcast Honestly.

Host Bari Weiss asked Johnson: “Do you think that you’re going to die?”

“No,” the tech billionaire answered.

Their conversation comes after a Netflix documentary about his life called “Don’t Die: The Man Who Wants to Live Forever” which documented his full biohacking schedule.

This includes injecting the plasma of his teenage son Talmage into his body, going to bed by 8:30 pm every night, and taking note of nighttime erections.

During the blood transfusions, a litre of blood is taken from Talmage and put into a machine to separate it into plasma, red blood cells, white blood cells and platelets.

These are then fed into Johnson’s body in the hopes that the younger blood will rejuvenate and repair cellular damages caused by ageing.

When asked by Weiss if he believed he would live forever, Johnson explained that this is a concept that can’t be fathomed by the human brain.

“Forever is not a concept the human mind can contemplate, but will we be able to radically extend life beyond our preconceived imaginations? Yes,” Johnson said.

“Will it happen before my natural limit right now? My life expectancy is probably like, I don’t know, 80, 90, stuff like that if I maintain my health.

“But the technology is moving so quickly that…the species is either going to survive or die in this moment much sooner than my life expectancy will turn up.”

On Instagram, Tamalge has supported his father’s efforts and is also biohacking his own body while helping his father do the same.

In one post he referred to himself as an “immortal 18-year-old.”

Another was a picture of him in front of his father’s large array of supplements, “which includes me,” he joked, adding the blood drop emoji.

Biohacking warnings from experts

Professor Tim Spector, the co-founder of gut health company Zoe and author of Spoon Fed has highlighted his concerns about biohacking.

“Biohacking can often be another way of propagating wellness fads that don’t have scientific evidence,” he told The Independent.

“Respecting and understanding our biology and how to maintain our health, rooted in a robust understanding of human physiology and the scientific evidence, is the way I recommend focusing on improving our wellbeing.

“The idea that you can ‘hack’ your biology is another way of searching for silver bullets.

“It’s not something that I think is necessary for most people. Our bodies are clever and have evolved to help us to stay healthy.

“All we have to do is look after ourselves and eat foods to support our biology.”

Meanwhile, Dr Mohammed Enayat, a specialist in preventative and functional medicine has warned that Johnson’s methods may not be safe or realistic for everyone.

Like Spector, he too emphasized the importance of adopting a balanced approach when it comes to health

As the pair promote the Netflix documentary that went out on January 1, Johnson was asked about his relationship with his son.

“I think Talmage views me as his future self and I view Talmage as my former self and I think we are both just talking to ourselves when we’re engaged in our conversations.

“I thought you were gonna say that you view Talmage as your future self” the interviewer quipped.

Johnson laughed before admitting, “Yeah in many ways, that’s true.”

Followers are divided by their bizarre connection with some calling it “parent goals” and others saying “This relationship isn’t Dad and Son” and that it is “quite problematic.”

“This sounds like he sees his son as an extension of himself, not a separate person,” one follower claimed.

Johnson’s 18-year-old son Talmage has adopted his father’s routine as he donates his blood to help Johnson’s mission to live forever

The father and son duo have a joint diet and exercise regime that begins at 5 am every day and sees them have their last meal at noon.

Both eat a wholly vegan diet that strictly adheres to a 2,000-calorie limit with no junk food at any time.

Sleep is hugely important to the pair who both get two hours of deep sleep, two hours REM and awake for less than 30 minutes, according to the plan Johnson shared on social media.

He calls it how to “build a family culture of health and hard work.”

Johnson has been criticised for giving Talmage a “prison routine with more blood tests” as he spends $2 million a year on his health alone with the goal of reversing ageing and preventing death.

Other aspects of his routine include red light therapy, the application of seven skin creams, rinsing his teeth with tea tree oil, and regular MRIs, ultrasounds, blood tests, and colonoscopies.

Despite the criticism, and claims by many that Johnson is missing out on life, recent testing on his body suggests he has reduced his biological age by five years.

He has also significantly slowed down the pace of ageing in his cells.
