A BUS-mad Scot loves coaches so much he spent 58 hours travelling 2000 miles across Europe on one – and didn’t get bored once.
Jordan Stewart, 19, from Kelty, Fife, set off on the incredible journey from Glasgow to Sofia, Bulgaria, after bagging a gift voucher for low-cost bus firm FlixBus.

The drive between the two cities is an astonishing 1,950 miles, passes through several countries and would take around 35 hours non-stop and direct.
He said: “Ever since I was a young boy I’ve been obsessed with buses and trains.
“I really enjoyed it… I’ve always had a thing for buses, long-distance travel, that sort of thing.”
The coach-crazy teen launched his continental dash in Glasgow before travelling to London‘s Victoria Bus Station and then crossing the English Channel to Paris.
Jordan, who is training to be a bus driver, stopped off in the French capital and grabbed a bite to eat before hopping on his third bus to Munich.
From there, he embarked on the final leg of his journey, departing Munich at 11am and travelling through the picturesque landscapes of Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, and Bulgaria.
Jordan added: “I’m a huge FlixBus fan and use their services regularly in Scotland.
“I wanted to see just how far I could go in one trip.
“I never imagined I could pull off something like this on my own.
“I’m really proud of how well I navigated through different countries.”
The keen traveller hailed the professional bus drivers who ensured passenger safety throughout the journey.
And despite the length of the journey, Jordan is keen to get back on the road.
He concluded: “Despite the long journey, I would do it again – maybe with another hotel stay to break it up, as 58 hours on the road is a lot in one go.”
FlixBus offers travel across 43 countries worldwide, with over 5,600 destinations on its global network.
